Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase or do you want to change the size? Let me know by e-mail (info@janne-jewelry.com) before you send it back .

You can return your order up to 14 days after your purchase.Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

right of withdrawal is not valid for:

Service contracts (such as repairs), after full performance of the service.

Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications, for example custom work, or that have a clear personal character.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
